Background

In January 2025, I decided to look for a new color of the Comme des Garçons SA3100 that I have been using for the new year. As such, I looked online and decided to opt for a gold-colored one, which is the Comme des Garçons SA3100G Gold Metallic Zipped Wallet.

The Stuff

The Comme des Garçons SA3100G Gold Metallic Zipped Wallet is identical to my previous ones in bottle green and black. It comes with a compartment/pocket in the middle, effectively making it 3 compartments. The zip imprint comes with the word CDG.

Usage and Experience

I have been using the Comme des Garçons SA3100G Gold Metallic Zipped Wallet for more than half a year since this post. As my previous 2 wallets are also SA3100, I am accustomed to the way I use this wallet, to the way I want.

As usual, the zip is smooth, so opening and closing the wallet is no issue. The size is not very big and bulky, so I can slot it into my pants pockets easily.

As compared to the previous 2 SA3100, this gold color makes it feel like it is a "special edition". In addition, the inside is completely gold in color, too!

Final Thoughts
