Background Back in October 2020, I decided to get the Crypto.com Icy White card after looking at the card benefits. One of the benefits I will get is the  Crypto.com Exclusive Merchandise Welcome Pack. I checked with the customer service in regards to my Crypto.com Exclusive Merchandise Welcome Pack a few times, asking when I will be getting my welcome pack. In May 2021 I was emailed to fill up the form for this.  The much-awaited stuff finally arrived in November 2021.
