Background

In June 2025, as the weather is getting hot, I decided to look around for a portable fan with a cooling plate, something that the JISULIFE Handheld Fan Ultra1 does not have.

I walked around Challenger to look for one, and they have various kinds of portable fans that fit my requirements. Previously, I purchased the Valore Foldable Cooling Fan FA-020, which met my requirements; however, I decided to look for another one as a spare, offering a much stronger fan speed. Therefore, I purchased the VCE Hi-Speed Cooling Fan VE-LAC73.

The Stuff

The VCE Hi-Speed Cooling Fan VE-LAC73 is a white handheld fan featuring a 90° adjustable fan head, a 10,000 rpm High-Speed motor, 100-stepless adjustable fan speed, and a built-in semiconductor cooling plate.

Usage and Experience

I haven't been using the VCE Hi-Speed Cooling Fan VE-LAC73 for months since this post. The max fan speed is not as powerful as the JISULIFE Handheld Fan Ultra1, but it is good enough for me.

I appreciate that the fan head is adjustable, allowing me to position it higher and direct the airflow downward as needed.

It can stand upright with the handle, but the balance is not good. Any touch on the fan will cause it to topple.

When powering it on, the fan speed starts with 0 and has to be adjusted using the dial on the side of the handle. I wish it would start with 1 after pressing the power button, so that I can have some fan first while adjusting.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I feel that the VCE Hi-Speed Cooling Fan VE-LAC73 is a decent handheld fan to bring around to use, both indoors and outdoors. If you are interested in this stuff, you can click on the link below:
