Background

In June 2025, as the weather is getting hot, I decided to look around for a portable fan with a cooling plate, something that the JISULIFE Handheld Fan Ultra1 does not have.

I walked around Challenger to look for one, and they have various kinds of portable fans that fit my requirements. Eventually, I decided to go with the Valore Foldable Cooling Fan FA-020.

The Stuff

The Valore Foldable Cooling Fan FA-020 is a handheld folding design fan with a built-in semiconductor cooling plate. The design also functions as a mobile stand when in use. The box includes the fan, a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, and a lanyard.

Usage and Experience

I have been using the Valore Foldable Cooling Fan FA-020 for a few months since this post. I like the design of this fan, which is both handheld and foldable, allowing it to stand on its own. With the lanyard, I'm able to put it around my neck and get it to blow my face.

The built-in semiconductor cooling plate makes it cooler, but I will have to make contact with it to feel its effectiveness.

As for maintenance, the cover can't be opened. Over time, dust will settle on the fan blades and the cover. Perhaps this is where the JISULIFE Handheld Fan Ultra1 comes into play, allowing me to use it and try to blow the dust off with its powerful wind.
