Background

In December 2023, while I was using the Daiso Tube Expander, one of the rubber tube bands/cables snapped. Although it can still work with one less, I decided to look for another one.

I did a search on the Decathlon website and found the Decathlon Corength Adjustable Weight Training Expander 5 to 25 kg - Black/Blue. It looks like it's something better, hence I decided to go down to Decathlon to purchase it.

The Stuff

The Decathlon Corength Adjustable Weight Training Expander 5 to 25 kg - Black/Blue is a chest expander that can be used for training and toning the upper body. It has five resistance levels, with each cable having a resistance of 5 kg. The expander is 32 inches long, weighs 850 grams, and has two handles with curved grips.

Here are some pictures that I have taken to show what the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience

I have been using the Decathlon Corength Adjustable Weight Training Expander 5 to 25 kg - Black/Blue for a few months since this post. It seems to be of better quality compared to the Daiso Tube Expander. The handles are long which makes it bulkier to bring along.

The tube bands/cables are not the clip-on type. It has to be inserted/removed by opening the cover. I just hope with this type it will not snap so easily, which has not happened so far.
