Background

In October 2023, I thought of getting a bigger cooler bag for grocery shopping. As such, I decided to look for one.

After looking around shops and online, I found something that interests me: the IKEA FRAKTA Cool bag blue 38x40 cm. As such, I decided to head down to IKEA and purchase it.

The Stuff

The IKEA FRAKTA Cool bag blue 38x40 cm comes in 2 handles; hand carry and shoulder carry. Instead of zip, the opening is velcro.

Here are some pictures that I have taken to show what the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience

I have had the IKEA FRAKTA Cool bag blue 38x40 cm for more than 2 weeks since this post. So far, I have tested putting 2 cans of drinks in it for 30 minutes, and the canned drinks still maintain their coldness. I have also tried putting fruits that were in the fridge into the bag for about 6 hours, but for this case, it would be better to have ice packs in the bag for such long hours.

I like that it is considered a large cooler bag which is definitely great for grocery shopping. I can buy more frozen or chilled stuff in one go and maintain its coldness.
