Usage and Experience

I have tried the Get Fit 100 Bodyweight Workout Cards by doing some of the workouts that are shown on the card. I feel that it is a fun way to do some workouts as I can shuffle, pick a random card and perform the workout that I have picked.

Each card shows the name of the workout, steps in pictures on how to perform the workout, and the number of reps or duration for each workout.

As I scanned through the 100 workouts, there are some workouts that are difficult to do. As such it is advisable to consult a doctor before performing such workouts!
