Background

If I remember correctly, it was in 2017 when I walked around IKEA and came across the IKEA STRYKIS Trouser Hanger. As I believe it will be useful, I decided to purchase a few to hang my pants/trousers and jeans.

The Stuff

The IKEA STRYKIS Trouser Hanger comes only in black. Including the hook, it is totally covered in velvet for anti-slip. It has 3 rows hence it is able to hang 3 pairs of pants/trousers or jeans.

Here are some pictures that I have taken to show what the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience

I have been using the IKEA STRYKIS Trouser Hanger for years since this post. What I like is that it is velvet so that the pants/trousers or jeans will not slip out while hanging the second or third pair of pants/trousers or jeans.

The hanger is on the heavy side as the inside is made of steel. Hanging 3 pairs of thick or heavy jeans with it is not a problem but it is heavy enough to use for a workout :)

Although I can hang 3 pairs of pants/trousers or jeans on the hanger, taking out the one that I want to wear may have some obstacles as compared to a normal hanger. I have to make sure I do not cause the other 2 pairs to come out of the hanger.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I feel that the IKEA STRYKIS Trouser Hanger is a useful addition to my wardrobe. If you are interested in this stuff, you can head on down to your nearest IKEA store to try your luck (Since this post IKEA Singapore does not have stock anymore).

Alternatively, you can click on some of the alternatives that I have found on Shopee and Amazon:
