Background

Back in May 2022, while I was surfing the internet, I was wondering if there is a multi-purpose shoe that I can wear for most occasions. This lead me to search for such shoes and I came across the Munjoi All-Dai 4-in-1 Shoe.

Looking at how the shoe can transform from a sneaker into a sandal, a slide, a mule, and is a sustainable product, I decided to purchase one.

The Stuff

The Munjoi All-Dai 4-in-1 Shoe comes in 3 colors; Black Sea, Sedona, and Natural. Mine comes in black. According to the information on Munjoi website, the shoe's foam bottom is made from algae waste and sugarcane, and the knitted upper is made "from cotton, a small percentage of spandex, and strong hemp fibre".

Here are some pictures that I have taken to show what the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience

As of the time of writing, I have yet to really wear and walk with the Munjoi All-Dai 4-in-1 Shoe. What I can say is that I have tried wearing it in all four modes, and so far it feels comfortable.

Changing the shoe to different modes is very easy. Simply remove the sole plate and lift up or press down the tongue and back of the shoe for the different modes. Once done place back the sole plate.

One concern that I have is whether switching too much will result in faster wear and tear. While I was switching I noticed that the front part of the shoe has a potential opening up. I will probably stick to one mode most of the time and switch only when it is needed.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I feel that the Munjoi All-Dai 4-in-1 Shoe is a versatile shoe, and also a single point of failure shoe if one were to fully dependent on just this shoe. If you are interested to find out more, you can click on the link below or on Amazon:
