In early June 2022, while I was walking around IKEA, I noticed something that caught my eye; the IKEA SLIBB Hanger with 8 grip clips. As I was looking for something to hang my bath towel and it was cheap, I decided to get one to try it out.
The Stuff
The IKEA SLIBB Hanger with 8 grip clips has a solid plastic feel. According to the IKEA website, the dimensions and details are as follows:
Width: 14 cm
Height: 1 cm
Length: 28 cm
- The wavy coarse teeth of the grip clips make sure your clothes are firmly fixed when you hang them, while the garments are easy to remove when they´re dry.
- The flat design makes it easy to bring when traveling.
- UV-light protected, which helps the plastic last longer.

Usage and Experience
I have been using the IKEA SLIBB Hanger with 8 grip clips for a while now. I have tried clipping socks and t-shirts, and it has managed to securely grip them without dropping even by shaking the hanger.
As I use this mainly to hang my bath towel, I find it challenging as my bath towel layer is thin. As such it cannot really grip my bath towel unless I fold it to a certain thickness so that it will not drop.

Final Thoughts
