Temasek Foundation Fingertip Oximeter PC-60FW by Lepu Medical

Background

In July 2021, I received news that each household will be given an oximeter so that we can check our oxygen levels regularly. This coincides with my new home and as such, I received the leaflet in my letterbox to collect the Temasek Foundation Fingertip Oximeter PC-60FW by Lepu Medical.

The collection period spans from 5 July to 5 August, lasting a month. There were cases of people throwing away the leaflet, not knowing that the leaflet is needed to redeem the free oximeter!

There are many places that the Temasek Foundation Fingertip Oximeter PC-60FW by Lepu Medical can be collected. Simply visit stayprepared.sg/oximeter/ and key in your postal code to find the nearest location to collect.

As the leaflet mentioned, there is no rush as there is plenty of stock. I collected mine 2 weeks from the start of the collection period.

Usage and Experience

I have been using the Temasek Foundation Fingertip Oximeter PC-60FW by Lepu Medical almost daily since receiving it. It is very easy to use. I just simply insert my finger onto the slot and it auto power-on upon detection.

Once it detects the oxygen level and pulse rate, a countdown timer of 30 seconds will start. I just need to keep my finger in until the countdown ends and it will give a conclusion by stating "no irregularity found" and the final oxygen level and pulse rate.

Removing the finger after the reading will power off the oximeter after a while. Pressing the button allows me to see the past 12 recordings.
